Processing, Shipping & Return Policy

Processing Time:

All items are handmade, created with love and made to order. Therefore, the time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. 

Expect a 7-14 business day processing time for general orders.
Expect a 7-21 business day processing time for custom orders.


Business days exclude the weekends and holidays. 

Estimated Shipping Times:

Please allow 3-5 business days for items to ship once production is complete. Note that these are only shipping estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose. 

International Shipping Policy:

We are not responsible for any custom fees or duties tax charged on your packaging for international orders.
If a package is sent back to us, we will have to charge a re-shipping fee (costs depends on your location).

Refund & Exchange Policy:

No refunds, cancellations, returns or exchanges are accepted due to the personalized nature of processing these items. 

*Note that if your order arrives defective or should you receive the wrong order all together, exchanges will be accepted. There will be no shipping fee to ship it back. Please email us at within 48 hours from the date of delivery should this issue arise.


Order says delivered but customer has not received the package: 

Unfortunately, packages lost or mis-delivered during transit are not Goddess Adornment’s responsibility. You may consider contacting USPS to file a claim. If you cannot retrieve the package, then you will have to place another order. 

Resizing Options:

A resizing service is offered, should you need to have your item(s) adjusted or resized for a small fee. Please note that there will be a re-shipping fee to ship it again. Please simply send an email to should this issue arise. See resizing page for more information.
